Free risk assessment to manage psychological hazards at work
WHS legislation in Australia requires employers, so far as reasonably practicable, to maintain a safe working environment and without risk to health of workers. This includes risks to physical and psychological health.
Many workplaces would like extra resources and guidance on how to manage risks to psychological health.
People at Work is jointly funded by Australian state and territory WHS regulators. It provides free tools and resources for employers to manage risks to psychological health. This includes Australia’s only validated psychological risk assessment survey. It also assists employers meet the requirement for worker consultation.
On completion of the surveys, the system will generate a comprehensive report which includes detailed interpretation of results. Responses from a minimum of 20 workers is required for a report to be generated.
